（一裁资讯）据国际投资争端解决中心（International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes，“ICSID”）官网消息，吉布提共和国（The Republic of Djibouti）已于2020年6月9日向世界银行交存批准书，成为第155个批准《关于解决国家与他国国民间之间投资争端公约》（Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States，“《ICSID公约》”）的国家。

  依据《ICSID公约》第68(2)条规定，该公约将于2020年7月9日对吉布提正式生效。
